WHAT IS A BEAUTY BOOTCAMP?
“Beauty Bootcamp” is a dynamic, fun and transformational 4-day workshop for teen girls. This incredible workshop will drastically change the way that your daughter looks at and feels about herself. It will boost her confidence, give her powerful and proven techniques in goal setting so that she can easily set and achieve all of her goals, it will help her to make really great decisions and not be swayed by peer pressure, it will totally shift the ways in which she communicates and presents herself publicly.
It will also motivate her and support her to learn to love the body that she is in, while promoting a positive body image by revealing the truth about the media and letting go of negative beliefs and limitations so that she lives her life to its fullest potential.
“Beauty Bootcamp” will also support your daughter in discovering how to care for her skin, hair and total body wellness. She will leave with great support networks and friendships to support her positive development as she prepares for her years ahead.
How will it be done?
All of this and so much more will be achieved through processing, sharing, experiential games, journaling and learning powerful and proven strategies and techniques.
